First, when you submit your email address through a form on this site to download a free chapter, reflection guide, or other resource, you provide your email address voluntarily. We may also collect your first name if the form asks for it.
Second, like most websites, this site automatically collects basic technical information: your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you visit, and the time and date of your visit. This is used to understand site performance and is not linked to personally identifying information.
This site does not collect payment information, government IDs, health information, or financial account numbers.
